Although born in the San Francisco Bay Area, I primarily grew up in the desert Southwest. During my time studying architecture and in the years after, I developed a unique design sensitivity that is strongly rooted in place...and ultimately, food. This keenness for restaurant design led me back to the Bay Area to immerse myself in the endless bounty of food and design.
